Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How it works

Snowfall Gift Co works with trusted suppliers who pack and ship your order directly. Items in one order may come from different suppliers, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days.

Timing

• Processing: 1–5 business days to prepare and ship your order.
• Delivery: typical delivery is 7–20 days after you place your order.
• Holiday orders: for the best chance of arrival before December 24, we recommend ordering by December 1. Carrier delays are common in December, and we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email sendityourway@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect packages after they ship.
